Request for Sacrament Form

Before filling out the Request for Sacrament Form, please be aware of the following items:

  1. Some dates and times that you request for a sacrament may not be available due to Church Feast days, other sacraments taking place, or blackout dates due to other circumstances.

  2. We cannot hold more than one (1) date at a time for sacraments, so when requesting a date, give us your first choice.

  3. Times for sacraments will be given based on availability.

  4. Sacraments must be scheduled on the hour.

  5. Most sacraments are scheduled on Saturdays with Baptisms being held in the morning and early afternoon. Weddings may be scheduled no later than 5pm.

  6. Most Chrismations are scheduled on Sundays as part of the Divine Liturgy.

 

Important information before scheduling a Wedding.

Marriages may be celebrated in the Church at any time of the year except:

Fast days, during fasting seasons, or the day before and day of a Great Feast of the Lord which include:

  • Great Lent and Holy Week (dates vary)

  • August 1-15 (Dormition Fast and Feast) 

  • August 29 (Beheading of St. John the Baptist)

  • September 14 (Exaltation of the Holy Cross)

  • December 13-25 (Nativity Fast)

  • Theophany (January 5 and 6)

  • Pentecost (date varies)

Important information before scheduling a Baptism/Adult Baptism

Baptisms may be celebrated in the Church at any time of the year except:

  • Holy Week

  • Major Feast Days of the Lord
