Purpose: To bring the community together to help raise funds to sustain the fiscal needs of the parish and to introduce the Metro Atlanta and surrounding neighborhood communities to Annunciation Cathedral.
Activities: Sponsored by the Parish Council, the annual Greek Festival is the Cathedral’s major fund raiser. The Greek Festival offers the community delicious Greek foods and pastries, Church tours, an "Agora" to purchase merchandise, Greek music and dancing, plus amusement rides and games. The entire parish community is relied on heavily to prepare, work and participate in the festival activities. The fellowship and resulting friendships are a wonderful extra benefit of working on this good cause.
