
Rental Guide for Parishioners & Church/Parish
Organizations
This is a guide for parishioners and Church/Parish
Organizations (CPO) to using the Hellenic Community Center (HCC), for events
and meetings, other than as a whole Parish Community. The Cathedral Parish Council, through
recommendations of the Hellenic Community Center Committee (HCCC), manages and
administers the
Individuals

Parishioners must be in good standing according to the Cathedral
By-Laws
·
Consult the published Cathedral Parish Council approved price list

MGR/POP is the contact person for inquiries and scheduling/planning
events

There is an approved list of caterers from which to select, to
accommodate different price ranges and types of functions. (It should be noted that the Cathedral
benefits, more directly, when POP is used as the caterer for rental events at
the Center.)

Rental prices on the approved price list do not vary – no discounts

Beverage Policy

Parishioner may purchase beverage service from HCC for hosted events

Parishioner may provide their own alcoholic beverages

Parishioner will be responsible for all “set-ups” fees (soft drinks,
mixers, etc.)

If cash bar, HCC will sell drink tickets

Bartenders must be procured through approved caterer or HCC
Church/Parish Organizations (CPO)

List of “Approved” CPO maintained by the Parish Council
·
Designated meeting rooms are available to CPO, unless booked, for a
small charge

If food is served there will be a small usage fee.

CPO is responsible for cleaning up the Center after event or an
additional clean-up fee will be charged.

Kafenion is open to parishioners during business hours but is not
available for rental.

CPO will be allowed to use any “authorized” caterer as approved by HCCC
·
Use of kitchen facilities is available for a fee (qualified supervision
is required)
·
